dreamph Terms & Conditions for Philippine Players

1 Eligibility and Age Requirement

The dreamph platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. dreamph is strictly an adults-only platform and will not knowingly permit anyone under 21 to register or play.
• You are physically located in the Philippines at the time you access and use the platform.
• You are a real individual registering on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of another person or any corporate entity are not permitted.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion period, either voluntarily requested through your dreamph account or applied by dreamph.

By registering, you confirm that you meet all of the above conditions. dreamph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If you are found to be under 21, your account will be suspended immediately and any remaining balance may be withheld subject to investigation.

2 Account Registration and Verification

Each player may hold only one registered account on the dreamph platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a variation of your name, or under another person's identity — is a serious breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any funds withheld.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

KYC Verification: Before your first withdrawal is processed, you are required to complete identity verification by submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys ID, driver's licence, passport, or SSS/GSIS card) and a selfie for comparison. This process can be completed entirely within the dreamph platform. KYC documents must be your own — submitting another person's documents is fraud and will be reported.

Your account login credentials are your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. dreamph will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your login details secure. 3 Deposits and Payment Methods

All deposits on the dreamph platform are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). Funds deposited must come from a payment method registered in your own name. dreamph does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to other individuals.

Accepted deposit methods include supported Philippine bank transfers and eligible e-wallets. The available options and applicable minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of deposit. These may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

• Only payment methods in Philippine Peso are accepted. Deposits in foreign currency will not be processed.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on the dreamph platform.
• Deposits are typically reflected in your account balance promptly, though processing times may vary by payment method.
• dreamph reserves the right to return a deposit if it cannot be verified or if it originates from a source that cannot be confirmed as yours.

4 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to a Philippine bank account or eligible e-wallet registered in your name.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. dreamph will process requests within a reasonable timeframe, but is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or e-wallet providers.
• dreamph may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal if there are security or verification concerns.

5 Gameplay Rules and Prohibited Conduct

By accessing any game on the dreamph platform — including live casino, slot games, and fish games — you agree to play fairly and within the intended mechanics of each game. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any external tools to interact with games on your behalf
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or display anomalies — any bets placed or winnings derived from a technical error are void
• Any form of cheating, fraud, or deceptive conduct including providing false information, misrepresenting identity, or manipulating transactions
